In the third generation, built in 1765, the parent company Dolle is now for over 40 years, led by Peter Dolle senior who always acts as a winemaker. The result of his accumulated in all the years of experience and skills is reflected both in the category of white wine but also in the more area atypical category of red wine, with, inter alia, the appointment of the Austrian winemaker of the year 1991 impressively high wine quality.
On 35 ha varieties Riesling, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay planted by winemaker Peter Dolle. A rich white wines, the winery also vinified wines from the varieties Zweigelt, St. Laurent, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir both conventionally in stainless steel tanks and in French oak barrels.
With over 80 year old vines on the famous Zöbinger Heiligenstein and the adjacent Strasser Gaisberg winery Dolle has excellent first altitudes, where especially the Grüner Veltliner and Riesling of the utmost quality and finesse mature year after year. Peter Dolle vinified in his Operating under the guidelines of"integrated" viticulture. As an organic winemaker Peter Dolle also considered as "integrated" working winery soil fertility as the basis of his work. External influences in nature therefore be kept as low as possible. 2013 Grüner Veltliner DAC Gaisberg .On the nose discreetly ripened pear, on the palate: mineral, stony and creamy on the finish, beautiful fruit and spices, hints of pepper, herbs and intense melting. Very uncomplicated wine but it goes with almost any dish alone enjoyed 100% convinced.

2013 Grüner Veltliner DAC Heiligenstein. 40 yeard old vine. Stored for 10 months on the lees, a Grüner Veltliner with rich, soft enamel and an extensive spice drawers. On the palate, pear, wild herbs, citrus notes and the beautiful minerality able Heiligenstein. Brilliant greenhouse, great potential.Lot to work on in the mouth, very tropical light passion fruit.
